Meet Dr. Guze In Brunswick

As a Board-certified periodontist, Dr. Kevin Guze is an expert in diagnosing, preventing, and treating gum disease. He also performs all aspects of periodontic surgery, including dental implants. Combining experience and the latest techniques and technology, he’s devoted to providing patients exceptional care and delivering reliable, safe, and long-lasting results.

As a lifelong learner who is passionate about what he does, Dr. Guze is also an instructor and researcher at Harvard. In 2009, he received the prestigious Goldhaber Research Prize. He conducts translational research, which means he brings innovations from the lab to clinical practice. At home, Dr. Guze enjoys playing hockey and tennis, going for hikes, and savoring quality time with his wife and four kids.

Meet Dr. Stein In Brunswick

Dr. Gregory Stein focuses on providing comprehensive dentistry and the highest standard of care while addressing your primary concern(s) and oral health needs. His favorite aspect of his work is “redefining dentistry for patients while making their smiles what they want.” Dr. Stein also relishes speaking with patients and getting to know them.

Early in life, Dr. Stein decided to pursue dentistry for two reasons: he enjoyed drawing and making replicas of historic buildings out of clay and observed family helping others in the healthcare field. He started as a pharmacy technician and enjoyed forming personal yet professional relationships with customers. It was at that point he was sure of his career direction. Dr. Stein obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of New England in 2021.

Office Manager

Jessica is a seasoned dental professional with over twenty years of experience and a degree in applied science. She has a wealth of knowledge in various aspects of dentistry, having worked as a dental assistant, treatment coordinator, front desk personnel, and office manager. Her primary goal has always been to establish a strong rapport with her patients while educating them on achieving excellent oral health.

When she's not at work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her husband, four children, and their beloved Swiss Mountain dog, Thur, at their camp.

Chelsi Ricker

Dental Assistant

Chelsi, originally from Bowdoin, has an associate degree in psychology and completed the Wiscasset Dental Assistance course. She has a strong desire for knowledge and enjoys learning new things every day. Chelsi is an essential part of our team and focuses on providing patients with a smooth and comfortable experience while receiving the care they need.

Being a busy mother of four children, Madyisyn, Parker, Eli, and Marki, Chelsi strives to balance her career and family life. She and her husband, Roman, enjoy spending quality time with their children and engaging in arts and crafts activities.

Zannotie Antonio

Dental Assistant

Zannotie has recently joined Middle Bay Dental Associates as a valued member of our team. She chose our practice for the cheerful, stress-free environment that permeates our office, making it a great place for staff and patients alike. She is a licensed radiographer and dental assistant whose objective has always been to provide her patients with the highest standard of care. Her goal is to assist patients in achieving their desired outcomes by offering personalized care tailored to their unique needs. She’s a staunch believer that it’s never too late to acquire good habits that can serve them a lifetime so they can get the healthy, beautiful smiles they’ve always wanted.

When not in the office creating radiant smiles, Zannotie enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Mimo.
